Junior Web Designer


We are a dynamic and growing web design company based in Kaunas, seeking a talented and creative Junior Web Designer to join our team. As a Junior Web Designer, you will assist in designing and developing visually appealing and user-friendly websites for our clients. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a passion for web design, looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior designers in creating website layouts, graphics, and user interfaces
- Collaborate with development team to ensure designs are translated into functional websites
- Conduct research on current design trends and techniques to continuously improve designs
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and present design proposals
- Make necessary revisions based on client feedback
- Ensure all designs are consistent with branding guidelines and best practices

Requirements:
- A degree or diploma in web design or related field
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of responsive design principles
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

Preference will be given to candidates who have:
- Experience working with WordPress or other content management systems (CMS)
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Experience creating animations or videos for websites

Salary: 1700$ per month

Please note that this position is open to both Malayalees and Canadians. Fluency in English is required.

We welcome applicants without prior experience as this is an entry-level position. However, candidates must be able to showcase their design skills through a portfolio or sample work.
