Job Title: Senior Architect - Funchal, Portugal



As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects in Funchal, Portugal. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month, and it is open to all nationalities with free visa and ticket provided.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and objectives
- Develop design concepts and present proposals to clients
- Create detailed architectural drawings, renderings, and models using software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect, with at least 2 years in a senior role
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, materials, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent communication skills to effectively work with clients, team members, and contractors
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Creative thinking skills to develop unique design solutions that meet client needs
