Radio Technician



We are in search of a skilled and experienced Radio Technician to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing radio equipment used for communication purposes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure radio equipment according to specifications
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on radio equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with radio systems
- Conduct tests to ensure proper functioning of equipment
- Keep detailed records of all work performed on radio systems
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to develop solutions for complex issues
- Stay updated on industry developments and new technologies in the field of radio communications

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Radio Technician or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of various types of radio equipment and their functions
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good physical stamina and dexterity for handling equipment and climbing towers if needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
