Industrial Architect



As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for creating and designing industrial buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and translate them into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs. You will also be responsible for overseeing the construction process to ensure that the final product meets the design specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Meeting with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Creating functional and visually appealing designs for industrial buildings and structures
- Preparing detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for construction
- Overseeing the construction process to ensure compliance with design specifications
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project completion
- Conducting site visits to gather necessary information for design development
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in building materials and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or other architectural software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Salary: $1800 per month
