IT Support Technician
Location: Horsens, Denmark



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Technician to join our team in Horsens. As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients. Your main duties will include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and maintaining network infrastructure.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 2 years of experience working as an IT support technician. You should also have excellent knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems. Candidates with relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ are preferred.

You must possess excellent problem-solving skills and have the ability to work under pressure. Strong communication skills are also essential as you will be communicating with clients on a regular basis.

In this role, you will be expected to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. Therefore, strong interpersonal skills are a must. You should be able to explain technical information in simple terms to non-technical users.
