We are a leading international manufacturing company and we are seeking a skilled Shaper to join our team in Pula, Croatia. As a Shaper, you will be responsible for shaping metal and other materials to precise specifications using various tools and equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the required shape and dimensions of the material
- Set up and operate shaping machines such as lathes, grinders, and milling machines
- Use hand tools and precision measuring instruments to trim, grind, or smooth material as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot any issues with the shaping process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Shaper or in a similar role
- Proficient in reading blueprints and using precision measuring instruments
- Knowledge of different types of shaping machines and their functions
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary:
