Carpenter


We are hiring a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Manama. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing building frameworks and structures, such as stairways, doorframes, partitions, and rafters. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in carpentry and must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Study blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine materials required and methods of installation
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, squares, or marking gauges
- Cut or shape materials to specified measurements using hand or power tools
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, trim, or hardware
- Build scaffolding and other temporary structures for construction sites
- Inspect and repair damaged frameworks or other structures
- Follow all safety procedures on job sites

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter with the ability to read technical documents and drawings
- In-depth knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods of installation
- Proficient in using hand and power tools such as saws, drills, etc.
- Physical stamina to handle heavy equipment and materials
- Good mathematical abilities for measuring and calculating dimensions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines

Bonus Skills:
- Experience with welding or metalworking
- Familiarity with different types of wood materials

Salary: $1500/month (negotiable based on experience)
Visa Sponsorship: Yes (for non-local candidates)
Gender: Male preferred (not a strict requirement)
