Moderator for Indian Community in Dickirch



We are seeking a Moderator for the Indian community in Dickirch to join our dynamic team. As the moderator, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the community, including communication, events, and member engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate all communication within the Indian community in Dickirch to ensure a positive and respectful environment
- Plan and organize community events, both online and in-person, to foster connections and relationships among members
- Engage with members regularly to understand their needs and interests, and provide support as needed
- Collaborate with other moderators to develop strategies for community growth and engagement
- Stay up-to-date on current events and trends within the Indian community, both locally and globally
- Work closely with other departments to promote the Indian community in Dickirch and increase its visibility
- Address any member concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality or have a strong understanding of Indian culture
- Fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Previous experience moderating online communities is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary

Salary:
This is a contract position offering a salary of $1300 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Dickirch, Luxembourg. Accommodation can be provided if needed.
