Sales Manager (Sofia, Bulgaria)
We are in search of an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our growing team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and driving sales growth for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company targets
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide coaching and support to help them achieve their goals
- Build strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform sales strategies
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure cohesive company strategy
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products/services
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry (at least 3 years)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; Masterβs degree is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team towards success
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience in developing successful sales strategies
- In-depth knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis
- Ability to travel for business purposes when needed
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
Salary: 1000$ per month (plus commission based on performance)
