Construction Manager - Sheduva, Nepal

As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects in Sheduva, Nepal. You will work closely with project teams and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Your duties will include developing project plans, managing budgets and schedules, coordinating resources and materials, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes. You will also be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of construction professionals. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in construction management, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the local building industry regulations and practices in Nepal. Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Manage project budgets and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders
- Mentor and manage a team of construction professionals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of local building industry regulations
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in project management software
- Fluent in English (Nepali language skills preferred)
