Construction Manager - Sheduva, Pakistan



We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Manager to join our team in Sheduva, Pakistan. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from beginning to end
- Develop project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Oversee and coordinate all construction activities including hiring contractors and managing subcontractors
- Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control measures are being followed
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols on job sites
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality standards are being met
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise on job sites in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

Salary: 1500$

Location: Sheduva, Pakistan
