Architectural Designer (Egyptian Nationals Preferred)



We are a leading architecture firm in the city of Akron, seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating detailed plans for various building projects including commercial, residential, and industrial structures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers and architects to develop design concepts that meet client's requirements and budget
- Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design software
- Ensure all designs adhere to building codes and regulations
- Research and stay updated on new design trends, materials, and construction techniques
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Present design proposals to clients in a clear and professional manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant design software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills (English proficiency is preferred)
- Egyptian nationality preferred

We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this position. This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. Accommodation is not provided but we do offer free visa sponsorship and airfare for our foreign employees.
