Merchandiser Coordinator

The Merchandiser Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing the merchandising process for our company in Bungoma, Pakistan. This role is suitable for male candidates with strong English communication skills and a valid work visa. The ideal candidate will have experience in merchandising, preferably in the retail industry, and be able to effectively manage a team of merchandisers. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. The Merchandiser Coordinator will also be responsible for analyzing sales data and making recommendations for inventory management. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the merchandising process for our company in Bungoma
- Oversee a team of merchandisers and ensure they are meeting deadlines
- Analyze sales data to make recommendations for inventory management
- Communicate effectively with all team members, including upper management
- Ensure that all merchandise is displayed appropriately according to company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed
- Travel to different locations within Bungoma as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in merchandising, preferably in the retail industry
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Valid work visa for Pakistan
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of visual presentation
- Ability to analyze sales data and make recommendations for inventory management

Working Conditions:
The Merchandiser Coordinator will work full-time hours from Monday through Friday. Occasional weekend work may be required during peak seasons.
