Concierge

As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assistance to guests in a luxury hotel in Eschen. Your main duties will include making reservations for dining and entertainment, arranging transportation, and fulfilling guest requests for information or services. You will also be expected to maintain a high level of knowledge about the local area, including restaurants, attractions, and events.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. You must also possess strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.

Salary: $1500 per month

City: Eschen, Liechtenstein

Nationality/Location Preference: Indian candidates are preferred but all qualified applicants are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude
- Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
- Make reservations for dining, entertainment, or other activities as requested by guests
- Provide information about local attractions, events, and transportation options
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the concierge desk area
- Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure efficient service delivery to guests
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional manner and escalate when necessary
- Keep up-to-date on all hotel policies, procedures, and promotions

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
