Merchandiser

As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing and promoting products in retail stores in Sofia. Your main goal will be to increase sales and profitability by creating attractive displays and implementing effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail stores to ensure products are properly displayed and stocked
- Create eye-catching product displays to attract customers
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with store managers to ensure timely restocking
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective marketing campaigns and promotions
- Conduct market research to identify current trends and customer preferences
- Analyze sales data and make recommendations for optimizing product placement
- Train store staff on product features, benefits, and selling techniques
- Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to promote brand loyalty
- Report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience in merchandising or retail management
- Excellent communication skills in English (required)
- Proven ability to create visually appealing displays
- Knowledge of current market trends and consumer behavior
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Must have own visa or be eligible for work permit in Sofia

This position is suitable for both men and women. Training will be provided for candidates without prior experience. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.
