Job Title: Architectural Designer

We are a growing architectural firm in Ufa seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing innovative and functional architectural designs for our clients. This position requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and proficiency in architectural software and programs. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to identify their needs and create design concepts that meet their requirements
- Develop detailed architectural plans using software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct site visits to gather information and provide design recommendations
- Review and revise designs based on client feedback
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technology advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail

Salary: 1700$ per month

Location: Ufa
