IT Support Specialist

We are a rapidly growing IT company based in Izhevsk and we are in search of an experienced and dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring new equipment, and maintaining network systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email or in person
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, networks, and printers
- Install and configure new equipment such as computers, printers, routers, etc.
- Perform routine maintenance on network systems
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall system efficiency

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues for both hardware and software
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP protocols, LAN/WAN configuration
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other common business applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred

Salary: 1100$

Location: Izhevsk
