Experienced Barista for Busy Cafe in Mauren

We are a bustling cafe located in Mauren, seeking an experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious and high-quality coffee beverages for our customers. You will also be expected to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and latte art
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Must have own valid visa to work in Mauren
- Fluent English is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, etc.
- Ensure quality control by consistently following recipes and standards for each drink
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and take their orders accurately
- Handle cash transactions using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment at all times
- Restock supplies as needed and assist with inventory management

Compensation:
This position offers a starting salary of $1800 per month, with potential for growth based on performance. We also offer health benefits and paid time off.
