CNC Operator

We are a manufacturing company located in Bungoma, seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating computer-controlled machines to perform various tasks such as cutting, drilling, and shaping materials according to precise specifications.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience operating CNC machines
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Basic understanding of G-code programming
- Detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination
- Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills in English

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines based on job specifications and blueprints
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality output
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and make any necessary adjustments or repairs
- Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine maintenance as needed
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
