Senior Commercial Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Architect to join our dynamic team in Lisbon. As a Senior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the design and development of commercial projects, ensuring they meet all client requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process of commercial projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop suitable design solutions
- Develop detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources
- Manage a team of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect in commercial projects
- Proficient in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this full-time position.
