Land Surveyor
As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting various surveys and measurements to determine property boundaries, topographical features, and other land characteristics. You will work with various tools such as GPS equipment, total stations, and aerial photography to accurately collect and analyze data. This position requires experience in surveying techniques and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail and be able to work independently. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and techniques
- Collect and analyze data to determine property boundaries, topographical features, etc.
- Prepare detailed reports and maps based on survey results
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies that arise during surveying process
- Ensure accuracy of all measurements and calculations
- Adhere to safety standards at all times
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in surveying technology
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using GPS equipment, total stations, and other surveying tools
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate measurements and calculations
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina for working outdoors in various weather conditions
Salary: $1400 per month
Location: Vianden, Luxembourg (accommodation may be provided)
