Commercial Architect

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Kaunas. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office buildings, shopping centers, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and vision, and use your expertise to create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and budget for commercial projects
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Monitor construction progress to ensure that it aligns with the design plan
- Make necessary adjustments or modifications to designs as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, colleagues, and contractors
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Kaunas (open to candidates from all nationalities)
