We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Kaunas. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as offices, retailers, and restaurants. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional, aesthetically pleasing designs that meet their budget and timeline requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project scope, budget, and timeline
- Create detailed architectural plans using specialized computer software
- Oversee construction progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Manage project costs and make adjustments as needed
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and structural engineering
- Proficient in AutoCAD or similar design software
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
