Commercial Architect

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as office spaces, retail stores, and warehouses. They will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create innovative solutions that meet their requirements while adhering to building codes and regulations. The commercial architect will also collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure its successful completion. This role requires strong design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Additionally, the candidate must have a thorough understanding of construction processes and materials, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in architecture or a related field and at least 3 years of experience working on commercial projects. They should be proficient in AutoCAD or other design software and have a portfolio demonstrating their previous work. Knowledge of sustainable design principles and LEED certification is highly desirable. The candidate must also be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

This position offers a competitive salary of 1500$ per month, along with benefits such as health insurance and paid time off. The job is located in Kaunas but applicants from other cities in Egypt or Nepal are also welcome to apply. Visa sponsorship may be provided for international candidates.
