Our firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Eschen, Liechtenstein. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects. Responsibilities:
- Work closely with architects and engineers to develop detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects
- Use CAD software to create accurate 2D and 3D drawings
- Research building codes, regulations, and standards to ensure compliance with local laws
- Collaborate with project managers to determine project timelines and budgets
- Communicate with contractors and other stakeholders to address any design issues or changes
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design specifications are being met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and building codes
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
- Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
- Valid work visa for Liechtenstein (assistance provided if needed)
