Architectural Technologist - CAD Draftsperson


We are a fast-growing architectural firm based in Eschen, seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team. As a CAD Draftsperson, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Your role will be crucial in translating designs and concepts into accurate and precise technical drawings that adhere to industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans for various architectural projects using CAD software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements
- Make revisions to drawings as needed based on feedback from clients or team members
- Conduct site visits to gather necessary measurements and information for drawings
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance in all drawings
- Maintain organized digital files of all drawings and plans for easy access by team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist or CAD Draftsperson in a similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software, specifically AutoCAD and Revit
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate technical drawings under tight deadlines
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.
