We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part Time Office Manager to join our team in Multan, Pakistan. As the Part Time Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and administrative tasks of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls, emails, and mail
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Process invoices, expenses, and other financial documents
- Support other team members with their tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is 1200$ per month.
