Solar Installer Technician (Funchal, Portugal)



We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Solar Installer Technician to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As a Solar Installer Technician, you will play a crucial role in the installation and maintenance of solar energy systems for residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, inverters, and other equipment according to specifications and safety standards
- Conduct on-site assessments to determine suitable locations for solar panel placement
- Ensure proper wiring and connections for optimal system performance
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with solar energy systems
- Perform routine maintenance on installed systems
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in solar panel installation is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of electrical systems and basic wiring principles
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.
