Position: Sales Manager
Location: Salalah, Oman
We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Salalah. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve set targets and objectives
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team and provide training or coaching as needed
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management review
- Work closely with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure a cohesive approach towards achieving company goals
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the African or Middle Eastern market
- Experience in contract negotiations and closing deals with key clients
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Biometric passport is required for international travel
We offer a competitive salary package of 1000$ per month along with performance-based incentives. This is a contract job for one year with the possibility of extension based on performance.
