Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematic diagrams, and blueprints
- Measure, cut, shape, and fit metal components using hand tools and machinery

- Troubleshoot and repair machinery breakdowns
- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate fit of components
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Fitter or similar role
- Strong mechanical aptitude with good understanding of assembly techniques
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions accurately
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, etc.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
