Head Baker

As a head baker, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the bakery operations in our busy pastry shop in Dickirch. You will be expected to lead a team of bakers and assistants, ensuring consistent quality and timely production of all baked goods. Your role will also involve creating new recipes, managing inventory and supplies, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a baker in a fast-paced environment, strong leadership skills, creativity, and attention to detail. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month. This job is open to both Kenyan nationals and foreigners who are legally allowed to work in Dickirch. Fluency in English is required for effective communication with the team and customers.
