Fitter - Dickirch, Luxembourg


We are seeking a skilled Fitter to join our team in Dickirch, Luxembourg. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling, installing and maintaining various mechanical equipment and machinery. Your duties will include reading and interpreting technical drawings, using hand and power tools to cut and shape materials, and performing quality checks on finished products.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Fitter in a similar role
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of hand and power tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings to determine assembly procedures
- Use hand tools such as wrenches, pliers, hammers, etc. to assemble parts
- Use power tools such as drills, grinders, saws, etc. to cut and shape materials
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the assembly process
- Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety protocols

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Certification or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred
- Experience working with metal fabrication is a plus
