Administrative Assistant for Albena Resort
We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to join our team at Albena Resort in Bulgaria. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks and providing support to the resort's management team.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and emails, and directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments for the management team
- Maintaining and updating records, databases, and filing systems
- Assisting with coordinating meetings, conferences, and events
- Drafting correspondence and reports as needed
- Processing invoices and maintaining financial records
- Assisting with recruitment processes, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews
- Providing general administrative support to all departments as needed
Requirements:
- Filipino nationality preferred
- Fluency in English is not required but considered a plus
- Previous experience in administrative or clerical work is not required but highly valued
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
