Resort Manager - Medina, Saudi Arabia (Indian Preferred)


As a Resort Manager in Medina, Saudi Arabia, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our luxury resort. Your main responsibilities will include managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring the smooth running of all resort facilities. We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual who can lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of resort staff, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance employees
- Plan and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources and delivery of high-quality services
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and respond to any complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Oversee budgeting and financial management for the resort
- Collaborate with other managers to develop special promotions or events to attract guests
- Maintain relationships with local vendors and suppliers for purchasing needs
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training for existing staff members
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role at a luxury resort or hotel
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills preferred)
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing successful teams
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Exceptional customer service skills
