Resort Manager - Medina, Saudi Arabia (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are seeking an experienced Resort Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxurious resort in Medina. As the Resort Manager, you will be responsible for managing all departments including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance. Your main goal will be to ensure that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue
- Train and supervise staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor budget and expenses to ensure profitability
- Oversee the maintenance of resort facilities and address any issues promptly
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote the resort and attract new guests
- Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
- Prepare reports for upper management on financial performance, guest satisfaction, and other key metrics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel/resort management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
