Part-Time Architecture Manager


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Ashdod. As a part-time employee, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing architectural projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and meet all necessary requirements. This role is perfect for students or individuals looking for flexible work hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their project needs and develop design solutions
- Create and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines
- Oversee the work of architects and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and quality control
- Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure all project elements are coordinated and executed smoothly
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

We offer competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this part-time position. Accommodation can also be provided if needed.
