Restaurant Manager - Khanpur, Pakistan


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Khanpur, Pakistan. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including customer service, staff management, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of employees and ensure they deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Plan and execute effective marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management
- Oversee food preparation and maintain quality standards at all times
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Create staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for employees
- Monitor financial performance of the restaurant and make necessary adjustments to increase profitability

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management role
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
Salary: $1800 per month with additional benefits such as accommodation provided.
