Contract Sales Manager - Greenland
As a Contract Sales Manager for our company in Greenland, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective management of contracts and client relationships. Your primary goal will be to secure new business and maintain profitable partnerships with existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify potential clients and establish strong relationships with them
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients
- Ensure timely delivery of products/services to clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth contract execution
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and progress towards targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the B2B industry
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- In-depth knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Danish or Inuit languages is a plus)
- Valid work permit for Greenland (visa sponsorship available)
