Handyman - Property Maintenance Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our property maintenance team in Wiltz, Luxembourg. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including basic repairs, painting, plumbing, and electrical work. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working with their hands and has a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as repairing broken fixtures, painting walls, and fixing leaky faucets
- Perform basic carpentry work such as building shelves or repairing cabinets
- Troubleshoot and fix minor electrical issues such as replacing light bulbs or fixing outlets
- Handle plumbing tasks such as unclogging drains or replacing pipes
- Keep the property clean and tidy by regularly cleaning common areas and removing trash
- Report any major repairs or maintenance needs to the Property Manager
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in property maintenance or related field preferred
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and other handyman tasks
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely
- Good communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor

Compensation:
This position offers a salary of 900$ per month with the potential for bonuses based on performance. Accommodation will also be provided for the successful candidate.
