Contract Commercial Architect in Karachi, Pakistan
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan on a contract basis. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office spaces, retail stores, and restaurants.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for the commercial building project
- Develop design plans and blueprints for the project using CAD software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that it adheres to the design plan and meets all safety standards
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure the project stays within budget and timeline
- Conduct site visits to inspect construction work and provide guidance as needed
- Research new materials, technologies, and techniques to incorporate into designs
- Stay updated on building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Strong proficiency in CAD software
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
Salary:
The salary for this contract position is $1000 per month.
