We are a popular coffee shop in Nairobi and we are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. You must have experience working as a Barista and excellent communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve various types of coffee and other beverages
- Ensure quality control by following recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and handling payments
- Promote new products or specials to customers
- Keep track of inventory levels and restock supplies when needed

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Barista
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
