Experienced Barista in Nairobi, Kenya


We are seeking an experienced barista to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. As a barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies. You will also be expected to provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a barista
- Knowledge of different brewing methods and latte art
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Good communication skills (English preferred but not required)
- Must be able to work full time and have a flexible schedule

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to company standards
- Take customer orders accurately and handle payments efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop at all times
- Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about menu items
and making recommendations if needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and drinks

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month plus tips based on experience.
