Job Title: Typesetter

We are seeking a skilled Typesetter to join our publishing team in Aarhus. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality layouts and designs for a variety of text-based materials, including books, magazines, newspapers, and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Typeset text according to specific design and layout requirements
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in font styles, sizes, and spacing
- Collaborate with editors and designers to ensure the final product meets client expectations
- Use software programs such as Adobe InDesign and QuarkXPress to create layouts
- Proofread final designs for errors or inconsistencies before printing or publishing

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Typesetter or similar role
- Knowledge of typography principles and design techniques
- Familiarity with desktop publishing software (e.g. Adobe InDesign)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Aarhus (or remote within Denmark)
