Administrative Director
As an administrative director, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all administrative functions of our company in Dukhan. Your main goal will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office, while also providing support to our team.
You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Indian market. Strong organizational and leadership skills are a must, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Managing and supervising administrative staff, including receptionists, office assistants, and clerical workers.
- Developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Overseeing the maintenance of office equipment and supplies.
- Managing budgets for office expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Handling correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Assisting with recruitment processes for new administrative staff members.
- Providing support to senior management as needed.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office. A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
This position offers a salary of $1200 per month without accommodation. It is suitable for men who are looking for a challenging role in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is not required for this position.
