Courier Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Courier Supervisor to join our team in St-Petersburg. As a Courier Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our courier service, ensuring timely delivery of packages and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of couriers, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Oversee the routing and distribution of packages to ensure efficient delivery
- Monitor courier performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking information and proof of delivery
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and improve overall service quality
- Implement safety protocols to ensure the well-being of couriers while on the job

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in logistics or courier services
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using technology for tracking deliveries and managing schedules
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred:
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Experience supervising teams or managing projects
- Familiarity with St-Petersburg roads and neighborhoods

Salary: 1300$
