Construction Project Manager
Our construction company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our projects in the Los Angeles area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field. They should possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a thorough understanding of construction processes and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Monitor progress and quality of work at each stage of the project.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
- Manage project budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Hire and supervise subcontractors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager.
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
Salary: $1100 per week.
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Preference for Canadian candidates or those willing to relocate).
