Architecture Manager


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Khanpur. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all architectural projects and ensuring their successful completion. Your main duties will include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, as well as coordinating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. You will also be involved in the development of architectural designs and plans, ensuring their compliance with building codes and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent project management skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of architectural projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Oversee the development of architectural designs and plans
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet objectives
- Conduct regular site visits to assess work quality and progress
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure clarity on project goals and expectations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in architecture or related role
- Proven track record of successful project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
