As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a small team to ensure the smooth operation of our business. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a small team, providing guidance, support, and motivation
- Create schedules and assign tasks to team members
- Conduct regular check-ins with team members to ensure progress and address any issues
- Train new team members and provide ongoing training as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow between teams
- Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback on areas of improvement
- Handle customer complaints or escalations as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be able to legally work in Faroe Islands
