Job Title: Senior Project Manager


We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our team in Odense, Denmark. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and within budget
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Communicate project progress and updates to all stakeholders
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives
- Manage scope changes and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field; PMP certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana
