Machine Operator



We are searching for a skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Albena. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various machines to produce high-quality products according to specifications. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate machines in accordance with production schedules and specifications
- Monitor machine operations, making adjustments as needed for quality control
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine malfunctions
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions
- Familiarity with various types of machinery, such as lathes, mills, grinders, etc.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
